2.於推廣期内，指定公司客戶戶口將會收到本公司發出的活動參與電郵，電郵内已附上指定優惠碼「LUCK100」。指定公司客戶戶口於推廣期內於Lyreco網購平台(www.lyreco.com.hk)單次購物滿HK$500並輸入優惠碼「LUCK100」即可參加活動。本公司將會核對合資格公司客戶戶口名單，再次發送附上特定「抽獎碼」之電郵。公司客戶戶口於收到確認郵件後進入抽獎頁面 (https://lyreco100win.com/)，輸入特定「抽獎碼」即可抽獎，每個抽獎碼只能使用乙次，即可參加抽獎。

3.每個公司客戶戶口只可參加抽獎活動乙次。抽獎只適用於Lyreco指定客戶參加。 

4.此外，購買指定品牌產品(包括: Lyreco, Cupping Room, PaperOne, Duracell, Evian, Iris)可享額外一次抽獎機會，每個公司客戶戶口最多可獲得一共兩次抽獎機會。

6.得獎通知及領獎方法: 
(a) Lyreco購物電子現金券得獎者: 請於 5個工作天內以電郵形式聯絡Lyreco客戶服務部(cs.hk@lyreco.com)登記。若得獎者未有於指定日期前回覆及聯絡客戶服務部，將失去獲獎資格。所有Lyreco購物電子現金券，可於下次Lyreco網購平台單次購物時使用，直接扣減。得獎者必須於購物交易過程中「優惠碼」一欄中輸入電子現金券內的優惠碼方可兌現。每次交易只可使用一個優惠碼。電子現金券不可退款或兌換現金，並不設找續。
(b)其他獎品得獎者: 得獎頁面將即時顯示獎品，得獎者需自行截圖保留指定優惠碼。須親身於星期一至五(公衆假期除外)，上午10時至下午5時，2026年8月31日或之前於指定地點(香港九龍觀塘鴻圖道78號16樓)領取獎品。如未能於限期前領取獎品，將失去獲獎資格。

7.Lyreco香港有限公司可以隨時終止任何參加者參加本抽獎，而不作另行通知，Lyreco香港有限公司並擁有完全獨有酌情決定權作出是項終止決定，包括但不限於： 

a. 倘參加者違反本條款和細則;  

b. 倘我們無法驗證參加者提供給我們的任何資訊;  

c. 倘我們認為參加者的行為可能使Lyreco香港有限公司承擔任何性質的法律責任; 或 倘我們認為參加者作出不當、不適當、具冒犯性、歧視性、欺詐性或擾亂性之行為，或作出任何可能合理地損害Lyreco香港有限公司聲譽的公開聲明或社交媒體發言。 

8.任何情況下，恕不補發獎品。所有紀錄將以Lyreco香港有限公司的數據和系統時間為準; 獎品一經領取後，若有遺失或被竊，Lyreco香港有限公司將不會補發。 

9.所有獎品需於2026年8月31日或之前領取或使用，逾期將被取消及刪除。在任何情況下均不獲補發。所有奬品的使用及領取須受個別條款及細則約束。 

10.若於領取及使用獎品期間發生任何意外及/或事故，Lyreco香港有限公司恕不負責。

11.所有得獎者須同意有關獎品的條款及細則。

12.除參加者於完成登記後將即時獲知抽獎結果外，活動完結通告將於2026年7月8日於星島日報及英文虎報公布。 

13.所有圖片只供參考，獎品以實物為準。 

14.參加者能否參與及完成本抽獎，取決於所使用之抽獎平台系統及相關網絡之運作及性能。 Lyreco香港有限公司概不保證該系統可不間斷或順利運作。如因設備故障、網絡、技術問題、駭客活動、無法或延遲參 與本抽獎、本抽獎無法或延遲進行，及／或任何不可抗力之原因，導致獎賞遺失、延遲、無法接收或無法兌換，Lyreco香港有限公司概不承擔任何法律責任。任何情況下，獎賞概不補發。

2.Within the promotion period, selected customer account will receive a promotional participation email issued by Lyreco, which will include a promo code 「LUCK100」. Selected customer account need to make a single purchase of HK$500 or above with promo code「LUCK100」in Lyreco eshop (www.lyreco.com.hk). After that, Lyreco will verify the list of eligible customer account that can receive the confirmation email with specified lucky draw code (each code is valid for one-time entry only) that can enter the lucky draw through our promotion website (https://lyreco100win.com/).

3.Each customer account is entitled to one chance of lucky draw campaign only.  Participation in the lucky draw is restricted to selected Lyreco customers only.  

4.Besides, the order includes one kind of the designated products (including Lyreco, Cupping Room, PaperOne, Duracell, Evian, Iris), an extra lucky draw chance will be given. Each qualified customer account can get a maximum of 2 lucky draw chances.

6.Prize Notification and Redemption Method:
(a) Lyreco eShop Cash Coupon Winners:  Winners must contact Lyreco Customer Service by email (cs.hk@lyreco.com) within five working days of notification. If the winner fails to contact Lyreco, the eligibility to receive any prize will be forfeited. All Lyreco eShop Cash Coupon can be used as a deduction on your next single purchase on the Lyreco online platform. All Lyreco eShop Cash Coupon are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent. To redeem Lyreco eShop Cash Coupon, winners must enter the promo code in the “Promo Code” field during the checkout process. Only one promo code can be used in a single transaction. No change or credit will be provided for any unused balance. 

(b)Other Prize Winners: The prize will be displayed instantly on the winner page. Winners are responsible for saving a screenshot of the promo code. Prizes must be collected in person at the selected place (16th Floor, 78 Hung To Rd, Kwun Tong) between Monday and Friday (Excluding public holidays), from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on or before 31 August 2026. If the prize is not collected within the specified period, the eligibility to receive any prize will be forfeited.

7.Lyreco may terminate participant’s participation in the lucky draw at any time with immediate effect without any notice and in our sole discretion for any reason, including without limitation:

a. the participant is suspected to/ found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions;  

b. we are unable to verify or authenticate any information provided by the participant;

c. the participant’s actions may, in our reasonable opinion, expose Lyreco to any form of liability; or the participant engages in conduct that includes offensive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or disruptive behaviour during the activity or in related communications, or makes public statements or social media posts that may reasonably be considered damaging to Lyreco’s reputation. 

8.Any prizes will not be reissued under any circumstances. All records shall be based on the data and system time of Lyreco Hong Kong Limited. Once a prize has been collected, Lyreco Hong Kong Limited will not be responsible for any loss or theft, and no replacement will be provided.  

9.All prizes need to be used on or before 31 August 2026. Otherwise, expired gifts will not be reissued under any circumstances. The user of all prizes is subject to individual terms and conditions. 

10.Lyreco shall not be responsible for any accidents and/or personal injuries occurring upon redemption and usage of the prize(s).

11.All winners must agree the terms and conditions of the prizes. 

12.Apart from the lucky draw result would be announced to the participant instantly upon the complete registration, the end of promotion notice will be announced on 8 July 2026 on Sing Tao Daily and The Standard. 

13.All pictures are for reference only and the actual object should be considered as final. 

14.Whether a participant can join and complete the lucky draw is subject to the functionality and network performance of the system in use. Lyreco does not guarantee the smooth, uninterrupted, or error‑free operation of the lucky draw system, and shall not bear any legal responsibility for any rewards that are lost, delayed, not received, or not redeemed due to equipment malfunction, network issues, technical problems, hacking, delays or failure in participation or operation of the lucky draw, and/or any other events beyond Lyreco’s control. 

15.Participation in and completion of the lucky draw is subject to the compatibility and performance of the Participant’s mobile phone or mobile device, including but not limited to the device model, operating system, and network performance. Lyreco does not guarantee that the application or lucky draw system will operate smoothly, continuously, or without errors, and accordingly, to the fullest extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for any rewards, offers, or benefits that are lost, delayed, not received, or not redeemed as a result of device incompatibility, network or technical issues, hacking, or any other events beyond Lyreco’s reasonable control. In any event, no replacement or reissuance of rewards will be made. 

16.In case of any dispute, the decision of Lyreco on all matters pertaining to the “Lucky Draw” shall be final and binding.
