Satisfaction survey: Whose couriers are best?
At the turn of the year, Staffino Experience Management Platform conducted an extensive customer satisfaction survey for Lyreco Central Europe. Slovak customers had the opportunity to rate Lyreco's delivery services as well as Lyreco's couriers. The aim was to further understand customer needs and identify areas for improvement.
In addition to positive reviews, the customer feedback also provided insight into current issues that the company in Slovakia needs to address in more depth.
Up to 100% of customers surveyed said the courier left a positive impression on them.
How was the survey conducted?
The Lyreco Customer Satisfaction Survey was conducted via questionnaire between October 2022 and the end of January 2023. Over 2000 responses were received during this period and even experienced agency staff were surprised by the high open rate of 22%.

Next day delivery and dropping the goods off at the desk is one of Lyreco's standard services.
As other positives, the customers pointed out the pro-customer and helpful approach and a willingness to help with carrying heavy packages.
