The result means paper shreds are nearly impossible to reassemble. As they are smaller pieces deposited into the bin, the volume of waste is also relatively low with this type of cut. A mid-range security level of DIN P-3 is provided for this shredder. The device runs for 20 minutes straight which might be fine for your purposes but is different to a continuous run time for some shredders that do not have to stop.
