For the purposes of these Terms of Use, "Lyreco" means LYRECO CE, SE, Magyarországi Fióktelep, and, where applicable, its main company LYRECO CE, SE, branch offices and affiliated companies.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Lyreco website for Hungary, including www.lyreco.com and all Hungarian website areas, functions, tools and digital services.

The website, products, services, customer accounts and ordering functions are intended exclusively for entrepreneurs, legal entities, public bodies and other business customers. The website is not intended for consumers. By using the website, creating a customer account or placing an order, the user confirms that they act in the course of their business, trade, profession or official activity and not as a consumer.

Additional terms may apply to orders, deliveries, customer accounts or specific services. Mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected.

2. Permitted and Prohibited Use

The website may be used only for lawful business purposes, including browsing products, preparing orders, managing a customer account and using functions provided by Lyreco.

The user must comply with all applicable laws, official requirements and third-party rights.

The user must not interfere with the security, availability or integrity of the website; use the website unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively or harmfully; upload or distribute malware, viruses, spyware or similar harmful software; scrape, crawl, mine, extract or automatically collect data without Lyreco's prior written consent, unless legally permitted; copy, publish, sell or otherwise exploit website content without authorization; use the website or customization tools to create illegal, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, threatening or otherwise inappropriate products; or infringe trademarks, copyrights, design rights, data protection rights, personality rights, name rights or other third-party rights.

3. Intellectual Property and Customized Products

All website content, including texts, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, product images, layouts, software, tools, fonts and templates, is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Lyreco or authorized third parties.

Using the website does not grant the user any rights to this content, except as technically necessary for normal website use or as expressly permitted. Any further use requires prior written consent from Lyreco or the relevant rights holder.

If the user uploads or uses logos, images, texts, designs, fonts, trademarks or other materials, the user confirms that they have all necessary rights, permissions and consents. The user is responsible for ensuring that such content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

Lyreco is not required to legally review user content but may refuse, cancel or remove content or orders where there are indications of illegality, rights infringement or inappropriate content.

By ordering a customized product, the user authorizes Lyreco to use the submitted content as necessary to produce and deliver the order.

4. User Account, Privacy and Cookies

Access credentials must be kept confidential. The user is responsible for activities carried out through their account, to the extent caused by or attributable to the user. The user must notify Lyreco without undue delay if unauthorized use or a security breach is suspected.

Lyreco may restrict or block access where there is an objective reason, including security risks, misuse, legal violations or breach of these Terms.

Lyreco may use technically necessary cookies and similar technologies. Non-essential cookies, including analytics, marketing or tracking cookies, are used only where legally permitted. Users can manage cookie settings through the tools provided on the website.

5. Website Information, Availability and Links

Lyreco endeavors to keep website information accurate, current and complete. However, errors, technical inaccuracies, product-image deviations and availability changes may occur.

Website content does not constitute legal, tax, technical or other professional advice.

Lyreco does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available website access.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. Lyreco does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or data protection practices. A link does not mean that Lyreco endorses the linked website, products or services.

6. Liability and Indemnity

Lyreco is liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Lyreco is also liable without limitation for injury to life, body or health and where liability is mandatory by law, including product liability.

In cases of slight negligence, Lyreco is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations. In such cases, liability is limited to typical and foreseeable damage, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Any further liability is excluded to the extent legally permitted. The above limitations also apply in favor of Lyreco's statutory bodies, employees, agents and affiliated companies.

The user shall indemnify Lyreco against third-party claims arising from user-provided content, to the extent the user is responsible for the infringement or legal violation. This includes reasonable legal defense costs, court costs and damages, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

7. Breach of these Terms

If a user breaches these Terms, Lyreco may take appropriate measures, including warning the user, restricting or blocking access, removing unlawful content, refusing or cancelling affected orders where legally permitted, and asserting legal claims.

8. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction and Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, to the extent legally permitted.

The competent court having jurisdiction over the registered office of LYRECO CE, SE, Magyarországi Fióktelep shall have jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, the use of the website or related services, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by the applicable statutory rule.
