What thickness should the laminating pouch have?
The thicker the pouch, the more durable the finished result.

Please note that a laminating pouch consists of two sides. An 80 micron pouch therefore has a total thickness of 160 microns (80 microns per side). The machine must be able to handle the total thickness, e.g. minimum 160 microns in this case.
