Different activities entail different risks and professional work protection is not only necessary for physical work. Especially professions in research, laboratories or in the health sector are constantly exposed to an increased risk, which can be counteracted by a suitable respiratory protection filter.

The Dräger X-plore bayonet breathing filters A2 P3 R D offer reliable respiratory protection against gases, vapours and particles and are to be used in conjunction with the Dräger X-plore half and full face masks with bayonet connection. The drop-shaped filter housing has integrated air inlets for inhalation and a filter bed made of activated carbon that removes gases and vapours from the ambient air. The particle filter is made of fine micro-glass fibres and throws parallel pleats. Gas filter and particle filter parts have been joined gas-tight by ultrasonic welding technology. Under normal conditions of use, the breathing filter is resistant to temperature, damp and corrosive substances as well as shock and vibration resistant according to EN 14387.
