Product description

Nevertheless, during coffee preparation, it makes sense from both a quality and a functional point of view to optimise this water for a given application. Ideal coffee water requires a balanced content of minerals such as calcium and magnesium, sufficient total hardness, and a small but necessary degree of carbonate hardness. This is the only way that the coffee can fully develop its flavour, the foam remains stable, and other ingredients such as milk or cream can be evenly distributed. The Purity series is suitable for the Gemini CS 200/220 PRO models with a mains water supply connection. The length of use for about 1700 liter is six months. Price per piece.
