Lactose-free alternative with a mild taste and practical long shelf life

Semi-skimmed long-life milk with a fat content of 1.5% is a practical choice when lactose intolerance needs to be taken into account while retaining the taste and versatile use of traditional cow's milk. During production, the enzyme lactase is added to the milk to break down the milk sugar lactose into simpler sugars – glucose and galactose. This process makes the milk lactose-free and naturally gives it a slightly sweeter taste.
The milk comes from Slovakia and is UHT treated to ensure a longer shelf life. The practical 1-litre pack is suitable for direct consumption, preparing hot and cold drinks, adding to coffee and cereals, as well as for cooking and baking. Thanks to its long-life format, it is also suitable for stocking offices, kitchenettes, catering facilities and other workplaces.
