The aim of this information is to provide you with information about what personal data we process, how we handle it, for what purposes we use it, to whom it may be provided, where you can obtain information about your personal data and exercise your rights in the processing of personal data.

The data subject has the right to request from the controller access to personal data processed about them, the right to rectification of personal data, the right to erasure or restriction of processing of personal data, the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right to the ineffectiveness of automated individual decision-making including profiling, the right to portability of personal data, as well as the right to file a proposal to initiate proceedings to the supervisory authority.
In case the controller processes personal data based on the consent of the data subject, the data subject has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent before its withdrawal.

Purpose of personal data processing and legal basis of processing The purpose of personal data processing is: sale of goods to buyers, issuance of an invoice and dispatch of goods. Personal data are processed based on: pre-contractual and contractual relationship pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation.
Legitimate interests of the controller or a third party Processing of personal data for the purpose of legitimate interests of the controller or a third party is not performed.
Identification of processed personal data of data subjects Data subjects whose personal data are processed are: customers / buyers. Scope of processed personal data: title, name, surname, name of the company, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address.
Identification of recipients, categories of recipients The controller may provide personal data to authorized entities such as institutions and organizations to which the processing is allowed by a special legal regulation, or to contractual partners (especially processors) who have contractually committed to adopt adequate guarantees for maintaining the protection of processed personal data, as follows:

Transfer of personal data to a third country / international organization Transfer to third countries or international organizations is not performed.
Identification of the source from which the personal data were obtained Directly from the data subject (via the e-shop website, by email, by telephone).
Retention period of personal data The controller processes personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose, in the case of termination of cooperation at most 10 years.
Profiling The controller does not process personal data by profiling, nor by a similar method based on automated individual decision-making.
Obligation to provide personal data The provision of personal data is a requirement that is necessary to conclude a contract. The data subject has the obligation to provide personal data; in case of their non-provision, the controller will not guarantee the handling and delivery of the order to the data subject.
Purpose of personal data processing and legal basis of processing The purpose of recording calls is to ensure the ability of the controller to record and demonstrate in an undeniable way the receipt and handling of the request of the caller (hereinafter "client"), which is performed within pre-contractual and contractual relationships. Call recordings may be used as evidence in case of claims, complaints or disputes within processing activities related to the processing of accounting documents and contracts, claims and the demonstration, exercise or defense of legal claims in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) of the GDPR.
Identification of processed personal data of data subjects Data subjects whose personal data are processed are: clients and potential clients. Scope of processed personal data: The controller obtains and processes only such personal data that the data subject voluntarily provides and which the controller considers necessary for processing the request and providing the service. These are common personal data – identification, contact data, or financial data in the necessary scope according to the type of the handled request and the recording of the telephone call. The recording of the telephone call does not have the nature of biometric data.

Transfer of personal data to a third country / international organization Personal data may be transferred to third countries.
Retention period of personal data The controller processes and stores personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose, but at most for a period of 90 days. For the purpose of protecting legal claims, the statute of limitations is considered – 3 years. In case of commencement of court, administrative or other proceedings, the data are processed for the entire duration of these proceedings and the remaining part of the statute of limitations after its termination.
Rights of the data subject related to call recording The sound recording is made with the permission of the client. In case the data subject does not agree with its creation, they have the right to use another option than telephone handling of the request, namely in writing to the address of the controller or in electronic form to the email address: gdpr.cz@lyreco.com. In case the data subject objects to the creation of the sound recording after its creation, a transcription of the communication into text form may be created for the purpose of preserving evidence.
Purpose and legal basis of processing The purpose of personal data processing is: processing of accounting documents of data subjects in the initiation and fulfillment of pre-contractual and contractual relationships. Personal data are processed based on: Art. 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation.
Retention period of personal data The controller processes personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose, but at most for a period of 10 years.
Obligation to provide personal data The provision of personal data is a statutory requirement / contractual requirement, or a requirement that is necessary to conclude a contract. Purpose and legal basis of processing The purpose is: performing marketing activities related to the purchased or procured service or goods. Personal data are processed based on: legitimate interest of the controller pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation.
Retention period of personal data The controller processes personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose (at most for a period of 5 years from the last inquiry of the data subject).
Obligation to provide personal data The data subject provides their personal data voluntarily. In case of non-provision, they will not be informed about marketing activities, but at the same time, the service or goods they are procuring will not be provided.
Purpose and legal basis of processing The purpose is: ensuring the participation of the data subject in the competition based on voluntary consent. The controller may also publish personal data of the data subject as a winner. Personal data are processed based on: voluntary consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation.
Retention period of personal data Period necessary to fulfill the purpose – termination of the competition.
Obligation to provide personal data The data subject provides data voluntarily; in case of non-provision, the data subject will not be involved in the competition.
Purpose and legal basis of processing The purpose is increasing the quality of services through innovative methods in SW or customer care. Personal data are processed based on: Art. 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation – legitimate interest, or in specific cases Art. 6 (1) (a) – consent of the data subject.
Retention period of personal data Period necessary to fulfill the purpose – at most 3 years.
The purpose of personal data processing is: ensuring the proper functioning of the website (necessary cookies), measuring traffic, analyzing user behavior and displaying personalized advertising.

Scope of processed personal data: online identifiers (IP address, cookie ID), data about the browser, device and interaction with the website.
The controller may provide personal data to authorized entities and contractual partners (processors) based on a contract pursuant to Art. 28 of the Regulation:
Transfer of personal data to a third country Within the use of analytical and marketing tools, transfers to third countries (e.g., USA) may occur, using adequate guarantees pursuant to Art. 44 et seq. of the Regulation (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
Retention period of personal data Session cookies are deleted after closing the browser; persistent cookies are stored for the period defined by their purpose, at most 2 years.
Profiling The controller may, in case of consent, process personal data for the purpose of profiling (analysis of purchasing behavior), but this processing does not establish automated individual decision-making with legal effects for the data subject.
Obligation to provide personal data Provision of data for necessary cookies is required for technical functioning. Provision for analytical and marketing purposes is voluntary; in case of non-provision, the data subject will not have personalized functions and advertising available.
