The target date for the integration of Intersafe Netherlands into Lyreco Netherlands is 1/06/2022. If this date is not feasible without compromising our service levels we will inform you in time.
As of the integration date, all the agreements, rights and obligations will be transferred to Lyreco Nederland. In return, we will be able to offer you more workplace products and solutions
• You can place regular orders in the same way as you did before.
• Orders placed via the webshop: as of the integration date, you can order online via the Lyreco webshop lyreco.nl. To do so, you will receive an email with new login information.
• Orders placed through an automatic connection with your ordering system: your Account Manager has already contacted you personally to set up the necessary changes in consultation with you. Should you have any more questions in this regard, please do not hesitate to call our Customer Service department at +31 (0)78 618 14 00 or send an email to info@intersafe.eu.
All Intersafe item numbers will be replaced by the Lyreco item numbers. You will receive the new item numbers of your clientspecific products by email. It will be very easy to find generic products in the Lyreco webshop. All you need to do is enter the former Intersafe item number in the search bar.
All the PPE-related services and solutions remain available. In addition, you will automatically have access to the wide range of workplace products and solutions of Lyreco.
No, all the current delivery times and conditions remain unchanged.
Depending on the type of item and the delivery time, your order may be split up in one or more shipments.
As of the integration date, all invoices will be issued by Lyreco Nederland. These invoices must be paid to the bank account number of Lyreco Nederland. Invoices issued by Intersafe must still be paid at the former bank account number of Intersafe.

Yes, you will receive a single invoice for all the goods delivered.
Credit notes referring to the period before the integration date will be issued by Lyreco and their amount must be reclassified in your accounts to supplier Intersafe
Your usual Intersafe expert and contact person remains at your disposal to provide you with expert advice. In addition, you will be assigned a single point of contact to help you with all your questions about the Lyreco product range
