Good quality S3 safety shoes from Uvex, are indispensable to get you through a busy work day without painful feet. Their well contoured footbed gives you plenty of support and their sole is secure and robust. Efficient foot protection goes hand in hand with optimal comfort.

With these safety shoes, you get the perfect combination of protection and style. The leather from which they are made, is breathable and keeps your feet cool and dry. Moreover, leather is very strong, can be well maintained and lasts a long time.
The outsole is made of PU/PU, which makes these safety shoes particularly slip-resistant, shock-absorbing, abrasion-resistant and long lasting.
The woven anti-penetration inner sole is highly puncture-resistant and therefore ideal to protect the soles of your feet against sharp objects penetrating from below. The inner soles are made of non-metallic materials, which makes them lighter for increased comfort and reduced fatigue. In addition they do not pose any problems for metal detectors.

When safety shoes carry the SRC rating, this means they have been tested for a good slip-resistance on a ceramic tile underground wetted with a dilute soap solution and on a steel surface made slippery with glycerol. This slip resistance level guarantees a sturdy and reliable grip.

This S3 safety shoe is equipped with a composite toecap. It is lightweight, metal-free and fully protective. Your toes will not get injured, not even when a weight up to 1.500 kg rests on them. Or when they endure a heavy impact caused by for instance a weight up to 20 kg falling on them from a meter heigh.

A safety shoe that offers the S3 protection level has a Water Resistant Upper, abbreviated as WRU. This means that a waterproof membrane makes the footwear resistant to water. Dry feet are very important if you often work in damp or wet environments.
