Contact Kyocera and the machine will be repaired (on / off site will be advised - machine specific) If the machine is out of warranty or no warranty has been purchased, please still contact the helpline and Kyocera will offer standard troubleshooting over the telephone but if the problem cannot be rectified, OKI will advise cost of repairs / call out or give details of a local Service Agent in the area.

If the machine requires an inspection, the engineer will issue an RMA number and will arrange for a courier to collect the printer. The printer and cartridges will be sent for testing, upon our manufacturers confirmation that damage could only have been caused by the cartridge, we will either repair the printer or provide a new printer of the same or equivalent model. Please do not return the faulty cartridge before being contacted by an engineer.

You will then be contacted by the Manufacturers helpline to try and resolve the issue by telephone. If telephone assistance does not resolve the issue then a qualified independent engineer will visit the site within 72 hours, inspect the printer and the suspected faulty cartridge and carry out whatever repairs or maintenance are necessary to resolve the problem. Please do not return the faulty cartridge before being contacted by an engineer.

In the event of a product fault, our policy is that we are notified of the suspected fault, with details of the item and the delivery date by Magiboards, a detailed description of the fault, images showing the fault and a description of the circumstances that lead to the fault. This will allow us to investigate the claim and form an opinion about the nature of the fault. If we establish that this is a manufacturing fault, we will replace the product free of charge in the shortest possible lead time. If we assess that the fault is not a manufacturer's defect, but, instead, the result of transport damage, usage or otherwise, we may require further information and will notify the customer of our decision once we are satisfied that our assessment is correct.

In case of a free of charge replacement we do not, as a general rule, collect the faulty product, and will ask the customer to dispose of it, in order to avoid unnecessary costs and goods movements, with the associated carbon footprint.
