20 Name In / Out Message boards are widely used in offices and reception areas as an easy way to facilitate effective scheduling and communication in the workplace. The dry wipe magnetic whiteboard can be used with dry wipe marker pens and magnetic accessories. The whiteboard surface is 17 x 29 cm width x height (x2). A line clearly separates each person so that messages can be clearly read and written. The In & Out Message Boards have been designed with a fire evacuation in mind. The handy magnetic attachment means taking these on and off the wall is literally a quick few seconds operation helping you and your colleagues to get out of the building safely. The In - Out sliders stay in place even when the board is held upside down, so it is totally clear who is in (and not in) the building. These light weight In-Out Attendance Photo boards are easy to carry. The square edge design makes this a very versatile product. You can easily add sections if you need more names in the future. The headers and names can be updated by you. We supply a handy template so you can quickly print off your names and headers. To fix the boards, simply fix the pre drilled fixing rails, supplied with the boards, to the wall. The In/Out message boards have 2 high strength magnets rivetted to the reverse which then attach magnetically into the fixing rails. It is Quick and Easy to hang and remove the In/Out Message Boards. The template for this product is available in the Files section and comes in EPS, AI, JPEG and PDF format.
