The VM® WASHINGTON ankle work shoe is designed for professionals who need reliable protection when working in hazardous environments with electrical voltage. The high-quality upper made of 1.8–2.0 mm thick cowhide leather ensures high durability and long life even with intensive use. Safety is a key element of this shoe - thanks to the EN 50321 certification, it provides protection against electric current up to 10 kV, making it an ideal choice for electricians and technical professions. The composite toe cap protects the toes without increasing the weight, while the Kevlar plate effectively prevents sharp objects from penetrating the sole. Wearing comfort is ensured by the breathable MESH lining and the anatomical HI-POLY insole made of lightweight polyurethane foam, which absorbs shocks and supports the natural movement of the foot. The PU/RUBBER sole resists temperatures up to 300°C, fuel oils and also provides excellent anti-slip stability.
