Atlas CL 490 S2 low safety shoes guarantee optimum foot protection and great wearing comfort


Take good care of your feet if you have to stand or walk a lot during your working day. With these Atlas S2 safety shoes, you get reliable footwear that dependably carries you through the day. Good quality materials have been used in order to provide efficient hazard prevention and optimal support to avoid injuries.

  • The outsole of this safety shoe is made of MPU Innoflex. This provides a solid structure which is important for good foot support and a pleasant feeling while walking.
SRC rated safety shoes help to reduce the risk of injuries due to skids. They offer a sturdy grip and excellent slip-resistance on wet and slippery ceramic tile undergrounds as well as on oily steel surfaces.

The weight of this S2 safety shoe is kept low thanks to the use of a non-corrosive aluminium toecap. At the same time, the level of protection remains unchanged. Your toes are well protected against injuries due to strong compression forces or heavy impacts.

A safety shoe that offers the S2 protection level has a Water Resistant Upper, abbreviated as WRU. This means that a waterproof membrane makes the footwear resistant to water. Dry feet are very important if you often work in damp or wet environments.

To make the protection level even more complete, the compliance with the EN 6134-5-1 norm guarantees that this safety shoe prevents the accumulation of electrostatic charges. Therefore an electrostatic discharge that can damage electronic components is not possible.

Your feet, toes and foot soles are well protected in this S2 safety shoe, intended to be worn in wet and humid work environments. It has a Water Resistant Upper and an anti-static and fuel-resistant outsole. Moreover, It is equipped with a shock-absorbing heel, a closed heel counter and an aluminium toecap.
