The S5 protection level according to the EN 20345 norm means that the toecap withstands an impact of 200-joule, the equivalent of a 20 kg weight dropped from a height of 1.020 mm, or a compression force of 15KN, the equivalent of 1,5 tonnes resting on the toe area.

Good foot protection also means keeping your feet dry when you have to work in a wet or damp environment. That's why this S5 safety boot has a Water Resistant Upper, also known as WRU. The waterproof membrane makes the footwear resistant to water.

Made of nitrile rubber, this S5 safety boot provides reliable foot protection in any wet work environment. It is equipped with a steel toecap for efficient toe protection and with a fuel-resistant and antistatic outsole that has a sturdy profile to provide a solid grip a many different surfaces. Sharp objects that could be on the floor cannot injure your foot soles thanks to the anti-penetration midsole that can withstand a pressure up to 1100 Newton (P).
