Not only do your feet hurt when you have to stand up or walk around a lot during your working day, but your legs and back can also be under heavy strain. With these Bata Industrials S3 safety shoes, you are undoubtedly making the right choice.

  • The nubuck leather these safety shoes are made of, not only looks good, but also protects your feet in every situation while being very comfortable at the same time. Nubuck leather is a natural material with good breathability so that perspiration can be evacuated efficiently.
  • Thanks to its outsole in EVA and rubber, this safety shoe has a solid structure that supports your feet well and provides comfort while walking.
The SRC rating means these safety shoes have an excellent slip-resistance both on a wet ceramic tile underground as on an oily steel surface. It is your best guarantee of avoiding accidents and injuries due to unexpected slips. Equipped with an HRO compliant outsole, the footwear also protects during a period of 60 seconds against contact with heat up to 300°C.

This S3 safety shoe is equipped with a composite toecap. It is lightweight, metal-free and fully protective. Your toes will not get injured, not even when a weight up to 1.500 kg rests on them. Or when they endure a heavy impact caused by for instance a weight up to 20 kg falling on them from a meter heigh.

A safety shoe that offers the S3 protection level has a Water Resistant Upper, abbreviated as WRU. This means that a waterproof membrane makes the footwear resistant to water. Dry feet are very important if you often work in damp or wet environments.

To make the protection level even more complete, the compliance with the EN 6134-5-1 norm guarantees that this safety shoe prevents the accumulation of electrostatic charges. Therefore an electrostatic discharge that can damage electronic components is not possible.

This S3 safety shoe has a closed heel counter, and shock-absorbing heel and an anti-static outsole that is fuel-resistant. The outsole has a sturdy profile that provides good grip on various surfaces. Your toes will be well protected thanks to its composite toecap. An inpenetratable midsole that withstands pressures up to 1100 Newtons (P), prevents foot sole injuries due to sharp objects that might lie on the floor. Thanks to its Water Resistant Upper, it is versatile footwear that can be used both indoors and outdoors or in wet and humid conditions.
