The 3M™ Solus™ 1000 Foam insert is designed for use with specific ranges of 3M™ safety spectacles and is used when an extra seal between the spectacles and the face is required. By filling the gap between the frame and the face, the insert helps to increase the level of protection and provides an additional barrier against flying debris and other hazardous particles. The integrated foam seal also improves mechanical shock absorption and enhances comfort during prolonged use. In addition, the seal offers extra protection against sweat, which is particularly useful in hot and humid working conditions. This replacement part has been specially developed for the 3M™ Solus™ 1000 series and supports users who wish to keep their safety glasses in optimal condition.
