In such cases, the costs for any infringement of copyright, personal rights or other rights to use a name must be borne exclusively by the user.

The user releases Lyreco from all claims and demands that are made based on the violation of such third-party rights in so far as the user is responsible for such violations. The user must reimburse Lyreco for all defence costs and other damages resulting from such proceedings.

In any case, Lyreco recommends that users take legal advice with regard to whether a personally tailored product can be used legitimately and that this does not violate the rights of third parties.

If a user wishes to issue an order for a customised product through Lyreco's online shop, they hereby authorise Lyreco to produce that product on their behalf. Orders are subject to Lyreco's general terms and conditions.

Accessing and updating personal data

Lyreco reserves the right to block access to all areas of the website or to the entire website at its own discretion.

Lyreco offers further services, such as the gathering and administering of users' personal data through the Internet using a system protected with a username and password.

If Lyreco supplies the user with a username and password to grant the user with access to restricted areas of the website, or other content and services, then the user must ensure that the username and password is kept secret.
