The Customisation Tools made available on the Website use a limited number of graphic elements.

Lyreco reserves the right to use all these elements and to also make all these elements accessible in future to other Users for use.

In no event shall the User, as a result of designing content and/or incorporating a content design into one or more Products, acquire a right or claim to a design element used for this customisation.

Other Users may use the Customisation Tools to produce for themselves customised products with similar or identical content. Lyreco cannot guarantee that the products created by these Users will not be similar to products created by third parties.

Lyreco gives no guarantee of any kind that the products produced using the Customisation Tools will not infringe the trademark rights or other rights of a third party or be blamed for such infringement.

The User hereby assures Lyreco that, where the User uses his own content, e.g. logos, texts or fonts, the customised products produced shall not be subject to any third-party rights of any kind. By placing an order on this website, the User warrants that he possesses all necessary approvals, rights and powers to incorporate third-party material and place the order. In this case, the costs for any infringement of copyright, personal rights or the rights to use a name shall be borne exclusively by the User.

The User shall indemnify Lyreco against all claims and demands asserted on the basis of an infringement of such third-party rights, insofar as the User is responsible for such infringement. The User shall reimburse Lyreco for all defence costs and other damages arising from such proceedings.

In any event, Lyreco advises the Users to seek legal advice regarding the question of whether a customised product can be lawfully used and does not infringe third-party rights.

By placing an order for a customised product via the Lyreco webshop, the User shall authorise Lyreco to produce the product on his behalf. The orders shall be subject to Lyreco's General Terms and Conditions of Business.

Protection of Log-in Details

Lyreco reserves the right to block, at its own discretion, access to all areas of the Website or to the Website as a whole.

Lyreco offers further services, such as obtaining and managing the personal user details via the web by means of a system protected by a name and password.

If Lyreco makes available to the User a username and a password in order to grant the User access to restricted areas of the Website or to other Content or services, the User shall ensure that the username and password are kept secret.

The User's username and password are referred to as his "identification".

The User hereby confirms that he is the only User with this identification, and he shall be solely responsible for all activities carried out on the Website using this identification.

The User shall be solely responsible for keeping his identification secret. Lyreco strongly recommends that, after having ended the session, the User log out and close the browser window to prevent unauthorised persons from obtaining access to his identification.
