The Personalization Tools provided on the Website make use of a limited number of graphics.

Lyreco reserves the right to use all these elements and to make them available for use by other Users in the future.

The User does not obtain any rights nor can he claim anything relating to the design elements for personalization through the creation of a Content design and/or the inclusion of the same in one or more Products.

Other users may use the customization tools to create customized Products with similar or identical combinations of Content and Lyreco cannot guarantee that a particular User's creations will not have similarities with creations designed and used by other parties.

Lyreco makes no warranties of any kind that the design of the Products created with the customization tools do not violate or cannot be the subject of infringement lawsuits for registered trademarks or other rights of third parties.

If the User provides their own content, including, but not limited to, logos, texts or fonts, the user himself guarantees Lyreco that the customized product thus created is not covered by the rights of third parties. By placing an order on the Website, the User guarantees that he has all the permissions, rights and authority necessary to include material of third parties and place the order. In this case, the cost of any copyright infringement, personal rights or rights to use a name will be borne solely by the User.

The User exempts Lyreco from any request or claim that may be made in relation to the violation of third party rights, if the responsibility for the violation lies with the User. The User undertakes to reimburse Lyreco for any legal fees and compensation arising from such actions.

In any case, Lyreco recommends Users to contact a consultant to verify that the design of the customized Product is legally admissible and usable by the User and does not violate the rights of third parties.

If you wish to place an order for customized products through the Lyreco webshop, the User authorizes Lyreco itself to produce the Products in its name. Orders will be governed by Lyreco's general conditions of sale.

Access and updating of personal data

Lyreco reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas of the Website, or to the entire Website, at its sole discretion.

Lyreco offers extensive services including, but not limited to, the functions of placing orders and managing the User's personal data via the web through a system protected by username and password.

If Lyreco provides the User with a User ID and a password to allow access to restricted areas of the Website or other content or services, the User must guarantee the confidentiality of said User ID and password.

The User's username and password are called "Credentials".

The User undertakes not to grant the use of Credentials to others and will be solely responsible for all the activities that will be carried out on the Website in association with its Credentials.

Without prejudice to the other rights of Lyreco governed by the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE, in the event that the User violates these GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE in any way, Lyreco may take the remedies provided for by the law in force in order to combat the violation, including the suspension of access to the Website by the User, the prohibition of the User from accessing the Website, the blocking of computers that use the User's IP address in order to prevent access to the Website, the request to the User's Internet service provider to block access to the Website by the User and/or the initiation of legal proceedings against the latter.
