tesa® 4590 is a monofilament tape ideal for a wide range of industrial applications, such as bundling, palletizing, heavy-duty carton sealing, transport securing, fixing, and end-tabbing. tesa® 4590 is comprised of glass fiber on a PET film with a synthetic rubber adhesive. The tape is tear-resistant, has an excellent elongation at break, and features a high tensile strength. The tacky synthetic rubber adhesive offers great adhesive strength on multiple surfaces, including polar and non-polar substrates. tesa® 4590 has a short dwell time until reaching final adhesive power.
