A strategy based on the Lyreco materiality matrix

When a significant change occurs in our company policy, it is important to include all of our stakeholders. By adopting the materiality matrix process, we engaged them in the definition of our CSR strategy and in our decision-making process.

The priorities that appeared after using the materiality matric are the basis of Lyreco new CSR strategy, which now includes six major principles.
