As our Global Digital Acquisition Expert, you will drive our mission to strengthen our digital presence across all markets. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape a global community, promote best practice sharing, and elevate our acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:Global Community Leadership: Spearhead the creation and nurturing of a strong global community that brings together digital marketing professionals from across our markets.
Guideline Establishment: Develop and implement comprehensive guidelines to standardize digital marketing practices across Lyreco's webshops.
Best Practice Sharing: Facilitate and promote the exchange of best practices, innovative strategies, and successful case studies among teams globally.
Digital Strategy Development: Design and execute a holistic digital marketing acquisition strategy, encompassing areas such as SEO, PPC, mobile, email, affiliate, display, social, and more.
Test & Learn Initiatives: Lead iterative marketing initiatives, aligning them with our ambitious acquisition targets.
Agency & Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with third-party agencies, internal teams, and the CRM department to ensure synergy in all digital efforts.
Performance Monitoring: Define and oversee KPIs for all digital marketing activities, conducting regular performance reviews.
Master's degree or equivalent experience.
Fluency in English.
Google SEO/SEA certification
META certification
A proven track record with 5+ years in digital acquisition marketing.
Proficiency in paid advertising solutions.
Hands-on experience with CMS for effective content management.
Proficient in marketing automation tools for optimized marketing campaigns.
Comprehensive understanding of CRM and CDP platforms for insightful customer data management.
Expertise in Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
Up-to-date knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
Strategic thinker with an ability to see the bigger picture.
Analytical mindset with a focus on tangible sales growth.
Exceptional communication & presentation skills.
Innovative and forward-thinking, always staying ahead of industry trends.
