The Corporate Inside Sales Supervisor is direct report to Telesales Manager.
Inside Sales Supervisor supervise, coach, monitor, develop and motivate the Insides Sales Executive to achieve sales target and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Insides Sales Executives daily activities by analyzing call and social media channels.
  • Coach and motivate inside sales executive team to achieve or exceed Sales & Margin targets
  • Monitor performance and productivities of insides sales team
  • Ensures team members are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, and related issues, changes or action
  • Coordinate with internally operations.
  • Providing performance feedback to team members and helping them to improve their skills
  • Work closely with Telesales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in any fields
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in Supervise Sales or Telesales rep are required.
  • Strong relationships and management skills
  • Good command of English
  • Strong in computer skills i.e. Microsoft, Outlook, Sales Force and SAP is and advantages.
