The Future of Work Is Now: Highlights from Lyreco’s Groundbreaking 2025 Conference

Brussels, Belgium – June 5th, 2025  What does the future of work look like? At Lyreco’s Future of Work Conference 2025, the answer was loud and clear: collaborative, innovative, and fast-evolving.

Held at The Egg in Brussels, the event brought together hundreds of workplace innovators, tech disruptors, and business leaders to tackle the biggest questions shaping where we work and how we work.

The day kicked off with an inspiring message from Lyreco Group CEO Gregory Lienard, who called on attendees to not just predict the future, but help shape it: “We thought we'd bring everyone together to talk about where we think the world of work is heading - and, importantly, how we can influence things to make the world a better place."

Throughout the venue, interactive innovation zones brought the future to life, showcasing the latest breakthroughs in hybrid office design, workplace safety, wellness, and more. Attendees got hands-on with solutions from Lyreco’s trusted partners and exciting new startups pushing boundaries in every direction.

A highlight of the day was Lyreco’s fourth annual Demo Day, spotlighting bold new solutions emerging from the company’s internal innovation accelerator, Lyreco Pioneers. Four intrapreneur teams took the stage to pitch forward-thinking projects to an audience of senior leaders, customers, and experts. Marc Curtis, Lyreco’s Head of Innovation, captured the spirit of the initiative during the programme winner’s announcement: "This whole event is about how things are changing. Our pioneers are leading the way on this by asking: how can we make work better?"

Pioneers Winners

The winning project of this year’s Lyreco Pioneers Programme is Lyreco ServiceLink led by Cyrielle Lombaert (Lyreco Group, France).

ServiceLink is a digital marketplace that connects Lyreco customers with a curated network of professional service providers—offering support in areas such as office design, maintenance, recycling, and equipment rental. The project will now move into a three-month acceleration phase to develop a minimum viable product (MVP) for market launch.

Another Pioneers Programme highlight was the Best Pitch Award that went to Lukasz Oplocki and Michal Glowka, whose dynamic presentation captivated the audience.

As the Future of Work Conference 2025 came to a close, one theme rang clear: the future isn’t something we inherit, but it’s something we build. Lyreco is proud to stand alongside the leaders, creators, and changemakers shaping that future. To all who participated, contributed, and dared to imagine what’s next: thank you. This is only the beginning.
