Set in order (Seiton): Arrange necessary items in an organised and efficient way so that they are readily available and in their proper place. 

Shine (Seiso): Clean, tidy and maintain the workplace on a regular basis. 

Standardise (Seiketsu): Define standard procedures and practices to keep the workspace organised.
