Gregory Lienard
Chief Executive Officer
Gregory, originating from France, has over 28 years of experience working for Lyreco.
He has been posted in Canada, France and Singapore, taking on a variety of roles that have given him deep insight into key areas of the business, including strategic planning, market innovation, operational efficiency, mergers and acquisitions, and the technology landscape.
Providing a great place for all Lyreco employees, offering them not only a job but a career, and committing to delight customers by pioneering new solutions for them, have always motivated Gregory and are at the heart of the Lyreco strategy that he is driving.
Deliver a Great Working Day to all customers, all employees, and all partners… day after day: that is what Gregory is passionate about.
In his free time, you will find Gregory up in the mountains, either running, climbing, or mountaineering.

Pascale Anderson Mair
Chief People & Culture Officer
Our Group Chief People & Culture Officer since 2022, Pascale is passionate about ensuring that both the Lyreco business and its people are empowered to grow in line with our values of respect, expertise, passion, and agility. Focusing on our people as the beating heart of Lyreco, Pascale, with a team of committed professionals, is building a culture where working together for the greater good drives career opportunities and fulfilment at all levels, from graduates to leadership, and at all times, by embedding technology in the talent agenda.
Pascale, who is Franco-British, has extensive international experience in HR, having lived, studied and worked both in France and in the UK. She has supported organisations in a variety of sectors to drive successful transformations in particular in creative services (music, branding, advertising) and consulting.
In her spare time, Pascale presides over an international club for women interested in art, science, and social concerns.

Petra Májová
Incoming Chief People & Culture Officer
Petra Májová, a Slovak national, has over 20 years of HR leadership experience with a strong focus on people development, coaching, and organizational culture. She began her career at Unilever before joining Lyreco, where she has held various HR leadership roles, including her most recent position as People & Culture Director for Central Europe. In these roles, Petra has been instrumental in fostering a people-centric culture and driving employee engagement initiatives across multiple markets.
Petra is passionate about lifelong learning and has been actively involved in leadership and management training programs. She is also a certified coach and has worked extensively in both individual and team coaching, supporting leaders and their teams in developing collaboration and growth mindsets.
In her free time, Petra enjoys spending active time with her family, travelling and exploring arts and culture.
She joined Lyreco's Executive Team in October 2025 as Chief People & Culture Officer, succeeding Pascale Anderson Mair. In this role, Petra will continue to champion Lyreco's values of respect, passion, excellence, and agility, ensuring that the company remains a great place to work for all employees.

Xavier Etienne
Zone Managing Director Europe
Chief Sustainability Officer
Xavier, originally from France, is our Lyreco Group Zone Managing Director Europe and our Group Chief Sustainability Officer. With a deep understanding of workplace supply needs, Xavier envisions a sustainability strategy that seamlessly integrates environmental responsibility, community impact, and continuous progress throughout our value chain.
He is committed to meeting the growing demand for sustainability in the office supplies market by developing innovative solutions that promote a greener and more efficient workplace. Xavier's global perspective and extensive knowledge of sustainability issues make him a driving force in our mission to achieve our strategic goals on a global scale.
Since launching his career at Lyreco in 2007, Xavier has been based in our offices in Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, and France. He has held various positions in product management, sales and marketing, and management, and has developed strong relationships with our customers across Europe.
Outside of his professional commitments, Xavier enjoys sports, reflecting his dynamic and energetic approach to both work and life.

Juraj Nemjo
Zone Managing Director Europe
Chief Innovation Officer
Slovakia-born Juraj, who is the Lyreco Group Zone Managing Director Europe and Chief Innovation Officer, spent 15 years with Lyreco Central Europe building marketing and corporate sales divisions and leading its operation before moving to our HQ in France in 2020.
He is dedicated to shaping the future of work in alignment with our customers' needs and discovering and implementing innovative solutions that enhance workplace satisfaction while prioritising sustainability.
Juraj worked for a multinational fast-moving consumer goods company prior to joining our office in Bratislava as Marketing Director Central Europe in 2005.
In his spare time, Juraj enjoys all kinds of sports, especially running and tennis. His love for nature and different cultures triggers various travelling adventures, ideally combined with hiking opportunities.

Jones Leung
Zone Managing Director Asia
Having joined Lyreco Hong Kong as Managing Director in 2019, Jones currently serves as the Lyreco Group Managing Director Asia. Together with his teams in Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, Jones supports our customers in implementing successful strategies to create a working environment focused on well-being.
With a firm belief that a healthy workplace ensures that employees stay strong and motivated, resulting in increased productivity, Jones has an unwavering commitment to empowering organisations across the region to elevate workplace wellness.
Jones, who comes from Hong Kong, China, is a strong business leader with a proven track record gained from extensive experience in international organisations. He is highly skilled in sales and marketing, business operations and organisational development, and formulating and implementing go-to-market strategies.
His interests include tennis, travelling, and enjoying great food and music.

Laurence Denat
Chief Growth Officer
Laurence Denat is a senior executive with over 25 years of international leadership experience in growth strategy, digital transformation, and marketing across global FMCG, tech, and retail industries. She has built a career spanning iconic companies such as Google, YouTube, The Coca-Cola Company, Danone, Cadbury Schweppes, and most recently as a board member and advisor in the foodtech and healthtech sectors.
Before joining Lyreco, Laurence spent eight years at Google, where she served as Managing Director for Southern Europe, leading across multiple verticals, and later spearheaded YouTube’s business operations in EMEA, accelerating revenue growth and customer digitalization. Earlier in her career, she held several senior global and region marketing roles at The Coca-Cola Company, where she led brand and business strategies for Coca-Cola Sparkling portfolio, Sprite, Schweppes, Juices and for Still beverages across Europe, the USA, Latam and APAC. She also drove innovation agenda globally. Prior to this, she gained leadership experience at Danone and Cadbury Schweppes, building growth strategies and relaunching iconic brands.
Laurence joined Lyreco in March 2025. In her role as Chief Growth Officer, she leads omnichannel sales strategy and operations, e-commerce infrastructure, marketing, customer experience, and AI-driven business transformation, driving the Group’s future growth agenda.
In addition to her corporate career, Laurence has been active as a board member and advisor for companies and startups such as Mondarella, Gosh! Food, and DiaDeep, supporting their international scale-up strategies. She is also a jury member for AI leadership programs at École Polytechnique Executive Education, reflecting her passion for the transformative impact of technology.
Outside of work, Laurence is committed to mentoring future leaders coming from diverse backgrounds and supporting women founders. In her spare time, you will find her spending time with family and friends, practicing sports and finding inspiration in her two passions, reading and traveling.

Gabriel Mops
Chief Operations Officer
Born and raised in Argentina, Gabriel is the Lyreco Group Chief Operations Officer. With a focus on optimising delivery planning to meet evolving business demands efficiently, he leads efforts to streamline infrastructure and support strategic initiatives. His commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement ensures sustained growth and solidifies our position as an industry leader.
Gabriel is highly motivated to drive better business performance and unite our employees and management in achieving operational excellence together.
Prior to joining Lyreco Iberia as Managing Director in 2021, Gabriel held various roles in international organisations with leadership responsibilities in multiple fields, including transformation, finance, M&A, customer service, and marketing.
Gabriel has more than 30 years of experience working and living in three different continents during which he has developed a passion for football, rugby, and travelling.

Charlotte Binst
Chief Finance Officer
Charlotte Binst joined Lyreco in August 2025. She is a seasoned CFO with over 25 years of international experience in banking, FMCG, and retail in Europe, the USA, and emerging markets. She began her career in investment banking, before holding senior finance leadership positions at BAT, Kingfisher, Heineken as well as medium sized high growth companies.
Charlotte is deeply committed to empowering finance teams to go beyond numbers—to become true partners in driving business strategy and growth.
As a strategic business partner, she ensures that financial insight fuels decision-making, risk is managed proactively, and opportunities are captured sustainably.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as practicing sports. She values continuous learning, collaboration, and honesty.

Joris Wels
Chief Executive Officer – Lyreco Intersafe
Joris believes safety does not come accidentally, which makes him a passionate advocate for enhancing workplace safety, every day. As the Chief Executive Officer of Lyreco Intersafe, Joris spearheads the expansion of PPE and safety solutions across Europe and Asia. The team of local and international experts at Lyreco Intersafe share their profound knowledge to foster the development of safe workplaces and ensure the protection of workers in both low and high-risk environments, in a sustainable way.
With experience in aviation, manufacturing and technical trade, Joris joined Intersafe Holding in 2017, two years before Intersafe was acquired by Lyreco.
Joris is a member of the supervisory board of VeiligheidNL, a foundation for public safety in the Netherlands.
When not working, Joris spends time with family and friends, on a boat or on a bicycle.

Helen Riley
Group Development Director
Helen Riley is a seasoned finance and strategy professional with over 20 years of experience within Lyreco, combining deep expertise in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, divestments, and partnership strategy. She began her Lyreco journey in 2004 as a trainee in the Group Finance team after graduating from Skema Business School in Lille. She then embraced an international career, holding key positions in Lyreco’s Italian operations (2009–2012) and Iberian operations (2013–2017), before returning to the Group Finance team and and completing an executive MBA in EDHEC business school.
Helen has worked across almost all finance functions and has led latest major acquisitions, including Nespresso in the Nordics, Groenendijk in the Netherlands, Shorrock-Trichem and Zenith in the UK. She recently Graduated from Lyreco Top talent program Lyreco Campus
Helen joined Lyreco’s Executive Team in September 2025 as Group Development Director. In this role, she is responsible for defining and implementing the Group’s strategic ambitions while overseeing M&A, divestments, and partnerships.
Outside of her professional life, Helen practices yoga and is passionate about discovering new cultures and countries through travel, trekking and cooking.
