Popular sizes of envelope include: C6 (4.5 x 6.38”) which suits A5 paper folded once or a4 paper size folded twice. DL envelope (4.25 x 8.75”) can fit the same paper, but folded the other way. You can also pick a C5 size envelope (6 x 9”). This envelope is made to contain an unfolded a5 paper or a a4 paper folded once. The last option is a C4 envelope designed for an unfolded a4 paper.

Do you prefer a peel & Seal envelope?

Then you need to choose the type of seal you need. A Peel & Seal envelope is the more convenient type of envelope. You remove the strip to seal longer shelf life.
Another point to consider is the quality you require. Most envelope come in two colors: white or manila.
